Price is for 4 people per site per night.  No smoking and no pets permitted in the rental units (cabins, cabooses, park model).

Reservations are accepted with one night's stay deposit. Cancellations for cabins must be received 10 days prior to stay for full refund. This policy also pertains to RV and tent sites on holiday weekends. Cancellations less than 10 days receive refund if site or cabin is re-rented.
